Missouri Radiological Society Response to COVID-19

The Missouri Radiological Society supports the ACR in strongly recommending that all non urgent imaging is rescheduled due to the COVID-19 outbreak as we all unite in our efforts to flatten the curve. This is in keeping with recommendations from many organizations, including the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the American Cancer Society. This includes non-urgent imaging, including but not limited to the following: screening mammography, lung cancer screening, non urgent CT, plain film x-ray exams, MRI, and other non-emergent or elective radiologic and radiologically guided exams and procedures.
