Morads Attends 2015 AMCLC
Morads attended the 2015 AMCLC program in Washington, D.C. this past May. This is this first time that the AMCLC (Annual Meeting Chapter Leadership Conference) was actively promoted to the general membership. Numerous CME lectures and other programming dedicated to the economic, political, regulatory, and overall practice of radiology were provided to attendees. Morads member Mark Wittry, M.D. chaired Reference Committee IV which mostly worked on ACR Practice Parameter issues regarding nuclear medicine. Morads member Hilton Price, M.D. was inducted as a fellow of the ACR. As usual, Morads members went to Capitol Hill to meet with Missouri’s members of Congress to discuss health care issues related to our specialty and to thank those involved in the SGR repeal.
