Hospital-Outpatient Radiology Revised

The Hospital-Outpatient Radiology bulletin, Volume 34, Number 03 dated September 22, 2011, contained an error in the calculation of each individual rate.  When calculating 125% of the Medicare fee schedule, an error was made when truncating each individual rate.  The error resulted in each code fee being incorrectly listed, with the difference ranging from $0.05 to $16.33.  Reference the updated bulletin, Hospital - Outpatient Radiology Bulletin Revised, Volume 34 Number 12, dated October 28, 2011, for the complete corrected fee schedule.
